I had a workman build a pair of shed doors to replace an ill-fitting garage door in my old barn installed by a previous owner. they look very nice, just like your drawing of the double crossbuck doors.. Shed doors often sag over time. they're usually wider than normal doors so you can fit a lawnmower or large tools inside, yet the builder may have tried to keep costs down and designed the doors with insufficient bracing..
The best way i’ve found to straighten a warped door is by exposing it to sunshine. i set the door outside on sawhorses with the convex side facing the sun. the sun’s heat will bend the door back into shape.. Hey everyone! i noticed that some of my interior doors are kind of warped. i would say quite a few and have been for a number of years. it seems that they start to bend inward toward the interior of a room from about the top to about 6 inches down.. Over the winter my shed door has warped (double door summer house type) one door won't shut properly. its the one that closes second (ie on top of the other with a little lip thingy) i think it has got wet during the winter and swelled up..
